Promote with Leviathan NewsA Bitcoin address dormant since March 2011 moved 35.55 BTC worth about $2.54M on June 2, sending 15 BTC to a new address and leaving 20.55 BTC as change. Galaxy Research tracked the wallet as Noah Doe defendant #38215 in a New York lawsuit seeking ownership of roughly 3.8M BTC across 39,069 dormant wallets via OP_RETURN notices under lost-property law. The move is a direct hit to the suit's core theory: dormancy is not abandonment if someone can still sign.
