Scammers impersonating Uniswap bought Google sponsored results and drained roughly $400K from users who clicked through and connected wallets. Onchain analyst b-block flagged two attacker addresses, while Stacy Muur shared the Google ad screenshot; Cointelegraph says the flagged wallets held 146 ETH, about $306K, when checked. SEAL’s April report shows this is not isolated: it blocked 356 malicious Google ad URLs and tracked $1.27M stolen from March 13-30.
