Promote with Leviathan NewsNoah Doe and two Wyoming LLCs filed a May 1 suit asking a New York court to declare 39,069 dormant Bitcoin addresses abandoned property, including wallets linked to Satoshi-era miners and the Mt. Gox hacker’s 1Feex stash. The addresses reportedly hold about 3.7 million BTC, but even a win would be mostly symbolic unless coins move through a regulated custodian, because Bitcoin has no mechanism to reassign funds without private keys.
