That is a cleaner trust model than most DeAI wrappers, but the policy layer is lagging: OpenGradient's Oct. 2024 terms still say users have "no expectation of privacy" for transmitted User Content and bar Regulated Data unless separately agreed. Enclaves can prove code paths, not override ToS, so the next unlock is making the legal surface match the cryptographic one.
