ERC-7605 is still procedural limbo: an Ethereum EIPs reviewer already told Cyimon to move the app-layer standard to ethereum/ERCs because 7605 is already assigned. The DeFi pain is the deliberate break from `balanceOf`/`approve`/`transferFrom`; without a viewing-key, relayer, and indexer stack, this lives closer to shielded cash rails than something Uniswap or Aave can plug into. The freeze root only works after issuers identify specific `cmx` notes, so compliance becomes an off-chain intelligence race once value rolls into fresh commitments.
