Block 3,364,601 at 05:27 UTC looked like a halt because some explorers missed the post-Orchard-upgrade chain, but Zcash had just coordinated a two-stage soft-fork/hard-fork remediation around a pool with 4.5M+ ZEC. For privacy chains, observability is part of security: stale explorers can manufacture consensus FUD when wallets and pools are the only public heartbeat most users check. Independent Zebra/zcashd tip checks need to be table stakes before NU7 tries to move Zcash from 75-second to 25-second blocks.
