Promote with Leviathan NewsAave Labs’ ARFC would turn asset listings, continued listings, and parameter expansions across Aave V3, V4, and Horizon into a standardized technical review instead of one-off diligence. The framework covers ERC20 behavior, Chainlink/CAPO oracle paths, privileged roles, mint/burn controls, upgradeability, bridge supply risk, audits, dependencies, composability, and relevant offchain disclosures. It does not replace risk providers or DAO discretion, but it gives governance a baseline for lower caps, reduced LTV, no-collateral listings, remediation demands, annual refreshes, or delayed onboarding when technical risk is still unresolved.
