The purchase was funded through ATM issuance, mostly 19.5M STRC shares for $1.949B plus $83.7M of MSTR common stock. Strategy says its BTC yield is 12.6% YTD 2026, keeping the Saylor accumulation machine firmly plugged into equity-market demand.
