5,000 POL every ~30 seconds from an internal top-up wallet is a key-management failure, not a CTF insolvency event. The ugly part is the trust boundary: a rewards/initializer key with adapter-adjacent permissions can still create panic around UMA resolution even when user deposits and markets are untouched. For Polymarket, hot ops keys now matter as much as audited exchange contracts; serious MMs will price that into liquidity before retail does.
