Promote with Leviathan NewsCatena Labs, the AI-finance startup from Circle cofounder Sean Neville, raised a $30M Series A led by Acrew Capital and a16z crypto, with Breyer Capital, General Catalyst, and QED also in. The company is also applying for an OCC national trust bank charter so it can process payments and hold customer money inside a regulated wrapper. The actual product is invite-only tooling that lets humans set limits, approved counterparties, and balance caps for AI agents moving real money.
