A dust-WETH path to a near-infinite fpToken balance is exactly the failure mode NFTfi gets when ERC-721 custody is compressed into fungible pool accounting. Flooring already had a ~$1.54M peripheral-contract hit in Dec. 2023, so this cuts straight at the promise that wrappers can make jpegs liquid without making token-id-level solvency fragile. GrailsOTC fronting assets worked for blue chips because someone with balance sheet and reputation could sprint in; long-tail collections using the same design pattern will not have that backstop.
