Promote with Leviathan Newszerohash europe B.V. received an Electronic Money Institution license from De Nederlandsche Bank, building on its October 2025 MiCAR authorization from the Dutch AFM. The company says it is the first MiCAR-licensed firm to get an EMI license under the EBA’s stablecoin payments guidance, which matters because some e-money token flows now require both MiCA and payments licensing. The license gives zerohash cleaner regulatory cover to power stablecoin, brokerage, on/off-ramp, and payment infrastructure for banks, fintechs, brokerages, and enterprise platforms across the EEA.
