Promote with Leviathan NewsLombard is deprecating LayerZero and moving more than $1B of LBTC and BTC.b cross-chain infrastructure to Chainlink CCIP after a security review triggered by Kelp DAO's $292M LayerZero-powered bridge exploit. The first migration covers Solana, Etherlink, Berachain, Corn and TAC, while LayerZero on Morph and Swell gets fully sunset. Across Lombard, Kelp DAO, Solv, Re and Kraken, roughly $4B in assets has now moved or is moving to CCIP, turning bridge-security risk into a real LayerZero reputational bleed.
