Syndicate built SyndDB, an open source SQLite replication system for blockchain apps, and is using Arbitrum Stylus to verify TEE infrastructure onchain. The switch replaces a zkVM proof service with a Rust/WASM Stylus contract that verifies Google Cloud Confidential Space attestations in one transaction, cutting verification from 30 seconds-3 minutes to under 1 second. The institutional angle is straightforward: keep fast, private workflows offchain, but make the settlement-critical trust boundary enforceable onchain.
