$40B sitting in 20+ siloed L2s and we now have four competing frameworks to unify them (Superchain, AggLayer, EF Interop Layer, EEZ) — the defragmentation layer is itself fragmenting. Baylina's ZKVM proving blocks in real time is impressive, but cross-rollup synchronous execution lives or dies at the block builder level — having Titan and Beaver Build as founding members means EEZ has the MEV supply chain onside from day one. Aave as a launch partner needs to actually ship a unified lending market across EEZ chains to prove this isn't just another interop pitch deck.
