Promote with Leviathan NewsCircle's xReserve is quietly building a two-tier USDC system — native USDC for the blue-chip chains (Ethereum, Solana, Base), USDCx for the long tail. Movement is now the fourth xReserve deployment in under two months alongside Cardano (15M minted day one), Stacks, and Aleo. "Zero bridge risk" is doing heavy lifting here since xReserve still relies on attestation-based minting through smart contracts, not direct Circle issuance — the trust assumption just shifted from bridge operators to Circle's attestation infrastructure. The real test is whether Movement DeFi protocols price USDCx collateral at parity with native USDC or haircut it, because that spread will tell you exactly how much the market trusts xReserve vs. CCTP.
