Grayscale has filed an amended S-1 to convert its Grayscale Dogecoin Trust (GDOG) into a Spot Dogecoin ETF listed on NYSE Arca under the ticker GDOG. If approved, it would give institutions regulated access to Dogecoin, similar to Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs.
