Promote with Leviathan NewsRoot Reborn is open GitHub PR #2759 from Bittensor developer unconst, and it rewires root-staking rewards so validators pick AI subnet baskets instead of auto-selling subnet tokens back into TAO. That turns validators into active capital allocators and flips a standing sell-pressure loop into buy pressure, while stakers can still redeem back to TAO on demand. It is testnet-targeted code, not a live mainnet change; automated review flagged two serious issues the author says are fixed, with more cleanup still listed before release.
