Promote with Leviathan NewsIn a Dec. 11, 2025 ruling, the Seychelles Supreme Court declared Swiss investor Didier Rabl the owner of about 21 million CoinPoker (CHP) tokens held on KuCoin and ordered three Seychelles-incorporated KuCoin entities to pay him more than 2 million USDT plus $10,000 in moral damages. Rabl says he still has not been paid and is preparing enforcement action, while KuCoin did not respond to Cointelegraph. The Seychelles FSA confirmed it received the judgment, and the court’s logic is the part exchanges should notice: a delisting email was not enough to turn customer tokens into exchange property when the original contract had no forfeiture term.
