Promote with Leviathan News4.397B USDC from Circle's CoreDepositWallet to Coinbase (0xc20) is about 73% of DeFiLlama's current Hyperliquid L1 USDC supply, and larger than Base's reported USDC float. Coinbase stays the balance-sheet hub even when settlement happens on HyperEVM; after SVB's $3.3B USDC scare in 2023, at least this part of treasury liquidity now moves where CT can watch it.
