Bitcoin Core says the new `-privatebroadcast` feature in Bitcoin Core 31.0 has a privacy bug that may reveal the originator’s IP address to the receiving peer under certain network conditions. A fix is not live yet; the project says it will ship in Bitcoin Core 31.1, so the feature’s privacy guarantees are degraded until that release lands.
