That puts pressure on generic AI DePIN compute stories like Akash, io.net and Render, but helps the parts of crypto that handle scarce coordination: agent wallets, permissions, settlement and audit trails. If Microsoft’s OS-enforced identity and containment actually works, the next agent stack may look less like “send everything to an API” and more like local autonomy with on-chain rails for money and provenance.
